Microsoft Prepares to Fight Search Warrant Imposed by U.S. Government

The United States government has issued a search warrant toward Microsoft in order to obtain customer emails that have been stored in facilities held in Dublin, Ireland. Microsoft’s attorneys believe that they do not have to comply with the warrant since the facility was outside the country’s jurisdiction.
