Three Charged for Theft of One Billion Email Addresses

Viet Quoc Nguyen, Giang Hoang Vu, and David-Manuel Santos Da Silva were charged for hacking U.S. email service providers and using stolen email addresses to spam nearly a billion users. Vu was arrested back in 2012 and plead guilty last month. Da Silva is scheduled to be arraigned before a judge. Vu is still at large.
