Anthem Breach Affects 18.8 Million Non-Customers

Last month’s breach of nationwide health insurer Anthem had effected roughly 80 million people, nearly ¼ which were not Anthem customers. Anthem disclosed late last week that between 8 to 18.8 million Blue Cross Blue Shield customer records may have been stored in Anthem’s breached data base.
